We recently lost our beloved 2014 F150 Lariat in an accident. I am not exaggerating when I say I have dealt with nearly every Ford dealership from Orlando, FL up to Savannah, GA. James May at Beck Ford Lincoln was by far the kindest person to work with. He offered options that followed our specs and best met our budget, and followed up without being pushy. We ended up getting a used one elsewhere (it's hard to turn down the perfect match), but we'll remember and recommend James to everyone. I wish our perfect truck would have been at this lot, because it was a pleasure doing business with him during a very stressful time.

Steve called me back and was first class all through out the process,he informed me he had a lot of interest in the vehicle and I could secure the vehicle with a refundable deposit which I did. Later that morning I drove to Beck and the truck was exactly as advertised and ended up purchasing the truck that day.The whole staff was friendly and professional.I would and will refer this dealership to anyone in need of a vehicle.

I purchased a 2012 Ford Fiesta from Beck Ford in October 2015 for my teenage daughter. After having it just a few weeks it began giving me issues with the transmission and the double clutch system that it has and my daughter became scared to drive it. I took it into their shop in which I was told that it was normal for those type of cars to run like that. (Mr. Blevins in the service dept was very helpful and concerned) After doing my research I discovered those cars are full of issues. After having a great experience purchasing my wife a 2016 Ford Explorer in February of this year, I gave Donna Duty a call for some advice about the 2012 Ford I was having issues with. She was super nice and very helpful as always. She looked into it and asked me to call the Manager, Carmelo. I spoke with him about my issues and concerns for my daughters safety while driving the car, he asked me to come down and see him. He and I talked and he was very concerned about my daughter not feeling safe In this car she had. The next day he calls me back and tells me that he is willing to help do whatever it took to make me a happy customer. I went back to the dealership and discussed options. Carmelo and Donna worked very hard and compassionately to find the right car for my teenage daughter. The day after that, I traded the 2012 Ford Fiesta in for a different vehicle that my daughter absolutely loves! Carmelo is a good man. He went far above then any manager I've ever encountered. I lost NO money on the deal and I left there confident that my daughter would be safe driving this newer car. So a huge THANK YOU to Carmelo Cortez and Donna Duty for a job well done and for doing the right thing when you really didn't have to. Great job Beck Ford! Thanks. Todd


 


I just wanted to send a note of thanks and gratitude for the great service my wife and I have received from you guys. Joanna and I bought the 2013 Mustang GT from you guys and I can't say enough about the service and care we received from you guys and how much we appreciate it. Tomorrow (Friday the 8th of April) is my surgery and I look forward to getting home and recovering so I can enjoy that awesome grabber blur 5.0 sitting in my driveway thanks  you all and your hard work. Good experience.

I had a problem with my heated seat. It was intermittent. It worked sometimes and sometimes it did not. Wayne McClain and his staff stayed with it until they finally found the problem. While they were working on it they gave be a new loaner car to use for free. They fixed it and it has been working ever since. Good group to work with. Don McAuliff

Jeremy Ricks is a caring and dedicated employee who looks out for the customer and makes sure your vehicle is safe without gouging you with repairs. He lets me know what needs to be repaired now and what can wait. He wants to make sure I'm driving a safe vehicle.
